Free Choir Set Planner

Plan the songs for Sunday in a few minutes. Keep a list of every song your choir knows. Then print the set or send it to the choir by text or email. It is free and there is nothing to sign up for. Thank you for all you do for your church.

How to use it

  1. Look over the Song list. It starts with hymns and church favorites. Delete the songs you do not sing and add your own.
  2. Pick a Sunday on This week. Add songs to each part of the service, or tap Auto-pick and let it choose from songs your choir knows.
  3. Singing a mashup or an old song that is not on your list? Type it into that part of the service. Add it for that Sunday only, or save it to your song list too.
  4. Tap Mark final when the set is ready.
  5. Tap Print view to print it, or Share with the choir to send them a link. They see the songs on their phone, with a practice playlist on YouTube.

Start over puts back the starter song list and clears your Sundays. Save a backup first if you might want them again.

Playing for the choir? Get the chords. Every hymn in the starter list also has a free chord chart in any key.

Who made this. I am Henry Q Allen, a church pianist in St. Louis. I have played every Sunday since 2007. I made a planner like this for my own church, and this free one is for yours. I am legally blind, so it has big print and big buttons.
